International Association of Pet Fashion Professionals Founder, Laurren Darr, tells her childhood-rooted pet fashion story
Left Paw Press is proud to announce the launch of the whimisical yet insightful children’s book, Lipstick On A Pug, written by Laurren Darr, founder of International Association of Pet Fashion Professionals. It is available on online book retailers like Amazon.com.
A reflective true-to-life story written by Laurren about her first pug encounter of the adoring kind, it is revealed how close a human (Laurren) and a dog (Tuttie) can become the very best of friends through pet fashion and unconditional love.
Those wanting to be in the know on where the roots of Laurren’s passion for pet fashion and her ‘plumb pug craziness’ were planted will find out through this tale. Readers will enjoy this story about pet fashion and rescue before it became en vogue. Children and adults alike will appreciate this story of conquering the world when you put lipstick on a pug.
Darr commented, “I’m euphoric to finally get this story in print. Pugs and pet fashion are two passions and joys of mine. I wanted to show people through my experience the love, bond, and connection that can be created between a human and pet through pet fashion. It is real to the very core of our beings.”
